Project was sub-divided into 3 main phases:

  • St. Joseph’s Wing Addition Phase; Public General Hospital Addition Phase.  St. Joseph’s Wing Addition Phase was a 160,000 SF new addition comprised of a concrete structure with curtain wall/brick veneer that housed the following: Emergency Department, Diagnostic Imaging Department, Main Entry, Lobby, Central Admitting, Gift Shop, & Chapel; Critical Care; Surgical Inpatient; Ambulatory Services; Complex Continuing Care; Inpatient Rehabilitation; Occupational Therapy; New Mechanical and Electrical Plant, Planning & Security Offices.
  • The Public General Hospital Addition was a 33,000 SF new addition comprised of a concrete structure with brick veneer that housed the following: Pharmacy Services; Materials Management; Centralized Rehabilitation; Surgical Services; new Mechanical & Electrical Plant.
  • The Public General Hospital Renovation was a 38,000 SF renovation to the existing Public General Hospital that housed the following: Materials Management; Laboratory Services; Surgical Services; Maternal and Newborn; and Pediatric Services.
