The scope of work included construction of a 2-storey non-combustible addition with an area of approximately 35,000 SF; phased major renovations of the existing bedroom wings, as well as targeted phased renovations in the shared common area. Site work includes upgrading of the hydro service, new emergency generator, grading and asphalt parking areas and landscape site improvements including landscaped resident courtyards.
