Construction of a new Net Zero Administration Building (13,000 sf) complete with all site servicing, hardscapes and landscaping. The new building includes offices and meeting areas for municipal workers, new council chambers, as well as a separate area for the public.
The building features a roof mounted solar array system and the envelope comprises of floor to ceiling curtain wall, limestone veneer, and steel siding. The interior features include high ceilings, exposed glulam beams, tile flooring and linear lighting.
