The project includes additions and renovations to the current Aird Building 1st floor, 2nd floor and practice wing encompassing approximately 27,000 SF.
Construction included a new gateway feature at the campus entrance, an elegant new lobby with acoustic separation from the adjacent recital hall, and expanding practice facilities for music students.
