Construction of a 24,000 SF warehouse and a 18,000 SF showroom addition. Renovation of 26,000 SF of existing office space.
The existing structure was comprised of (3) previous expansions dating back to 1972.
The new building includes high end finishes such as decorative feature walls, grille ceilings, black aluminum screens, ornate light fixtures, and a wood and glass feature stair.
